NOWnTHEN Heritage themed walks.   Walks are on various themes using research from local historian & Timewalkproject coordinator Joy Bullivant. Joy is not a Sheffielder & finds herself frequently pointing out the amazing buildings and their history to people who have passed by them all their life. NOWnTHEN has 2 guides which means there is some flexibility in the size of party and type of Party. Chris Bullivant has a long experience working with children as a teacher and in the voluntary sector. Recently he has put his numerous skills to working as an interacter at SIMT. He can lead children's walks and has basic first aid training. Partnership with Ann Beedham (see above) means NOWnTHEN tours can offer women only tours as well as larger parties than other guided walks. Current walks are Outrageous, a tale of Sheffields wild history between 1840s & 1871 and Monstrous the history of the Women of Sheffield and their advancement re Women's rights. NOWn THEN can tailor walks to fit lunchtime fitness groups, children's parties etc. If you are an interpreter for your party please get in touch beforehand so we can go over our text with you.
